Semra Sen
At the age of 18, Semra discovered yoga as a source of health, happiness, and balance, helping her meet the demands of her career as a model and the challenges of frequent travel.
In various phases of her life—both as an entrepreneur and a mother—yoga provided her with physical strength, mental stability, and healing. This connection enabled her to navigate life’s challenges and delve deeper into the practice of yoga.
Alongside her ongoing practice, Semra studies Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, T. Krishnamacharya, and B.K.S. Iyengar, as well as theories on quantum physics, energy, and Zen meditation. Her lifelong journey to explore the healing power of yoga inspired her to share her insights with others.
Today, Semra empowers people by introducing them to yoga and mindful living practices. Through her platform, sen·ses, guided by the motto “curating the cure,” she helps individuals on their path to a happier and more conscious self. At the same time, she creates spaces, events, and opportunities for open dialogue, fostering connections between teachers and students.
Burcu Sülek
Burcu Sülek, born and based in Istanbul, is a jewelry designer dedicated to contemporary expression. After over 13 years as a marketing manager for global brands, she made a bold decision in 2012 to leave the corporate world and fully embrace her creative passion.

With her mindfulness-based Yin Yoga training, she deepened her ability to sensitively perceive the energies of people and their surroundings. She channels this awareness into creative power, crafting jewelry that is not only aesthetically striking but also inspires people to believe in their inner strength.
Her creations, showcased in renowned galleries and museums around the globe, captivate both art and jewelry enthusiasts, inviting them to rediscover their own expression and energy. Dive into her world of artistry on her Instagram account: Instagram account.
Caner Özen
Caner began his yoga journey in 2012 while working as a lawyer. In 2014, he completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Ürün Kurtiç. His path soon led him to Ashtanga Yoga, first in Turkey and later in Italy, where he studied with Lino Miele. In 2017, Caner traveled to Mysore, India, to learn from Saraswati Jois, the daughter of Pattabhi Jois, the founder of Ashtanga Yoga.
In the same year, Caner left his legal career to fully dedicate himself to yoga. He expanded his expertise with a kinesiology-based anatomy training under Dr. Soner Özsu and an Ashtanga mentoring program with Canan Özalp.
Since then, regular stays in Mysore with R. Sharath Jois, the grandson of Pattabhi Jois, have deepened his practice. Meditation is a cornerstone of Caner’s daily life, enriched by mindfulness and Vipassana techniques.
Caner inspires his students to experience yoga as a transformative practice—a journey that harmonizes body, mind, and soul, offering a holistic lifestyle that fosters inner balance and mindfulness.
